With 92% of jobs now requiring some level of computer proficiency, and technology continuously evolving, this program aims to bridge the digital divide, ensuring older adults have the skills they need to succeed. This upskilling initiative will empower participants to confidently navigate essential software, digital platforms, and tools that are commonly used in retail, service, and other technology-integrated roles.
